Q. 申込み後に返信メールが届きません。
A . 自動返信で確認メールをお送りしています。届かない場合は以下の可能性が考えられます。
(1) 入力したメールアドレスが間違っている ⇒ 正しいメールで再度お申込みください。
メッセージ欄に再登録の旨を記載いただけますと幸いです。
(2) 迷惑メールに分類されている ⇒ 迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。
Q. I don’t receive a confirmation email from (NWP) even after I had already signed up.
A . The email sent by automated reply but the following may be the cause not reaching out to you.
(1) The email address is incorrect ⇒ Please sign up again with the right email address.
That’ll be a big help to let us know in writing that you have re-signed up in the message section.
(2) The email landed in your spam folder ⇒ Please check your spam folder.
Q. 参加申し込みをキャンセルするにはどうしたらよいですか？
A. キャンセルフォームからお手続きいただけます。
なお、キャンセルポリシーに応じたキャンセル料が発生することがありますのでご留意ください。
Q. How can I cancel my sign-up?
A. You can cancel via the cancellation form at the bottom of (NWP) web site.
Please note that cancellation fees will apply from the cancellation policy

Q. どのようなワインが出ますか？
A. ソムリエがイベントに相応しいワインをご用意いたします。
詳細は各イベントの案内をご確認ください。
Q. What kind of wines are served?
A. The perfect wines ready for the event selected by sommelier.

Q. 何種類のワインがでますか？
A. イベント内容によりますが、通常は9種類以上のワインをご提供いたします。

Q. How many sort of wines are available?
A. Mostly over 9 types of wine are available depending on the event.

Q. ワインに詳しくないのですが大丈夫ですか？
A . 交流がメインなのでワインに詳しい必要はございません。

A . No problem. we hope you have a great time.

A. 立食ビュッフェスタイル or 着席スタイルで異なります。

A. ソフトドリンクを用意しております。

A. We have some soft drinks, so please ask staff.

Q. 一人で参加したいのですが大丈夫ですか？
A. 男性女性問わず、8割以上はお一人でご参加されます。
是非お気軽にいらしてください。
当日はスタッフが安心して過ごせるようフォローさせていただきます。
自然と会話が弾むような環境作りを心掛けているものの、不安な点がありましたら申し込み時のメッセージ欄に記載いただければ幸いです。
Q. Can one person also join?
A. More than 80% of guest are “solo” regardless of gender or age.
We’re really looking forward to seeing you at the event.
Our staff would help you spend a comfortable time on that day.
If you have any concerns, please let us know in the message section upon your sign-in.
Q. 男性 or 女性ばかり多いといったことはありませんか？
A. 事務局で人数調整しておりますのでご安心ください。
バランスを取るために定員前に男性のみ or 女性のみ募集停止することがありますので早めにお申し込みください。
他方、参加者のご縁を大事にするイベントの場合、比率の調整はしておりませんのでご了承願います。
Q. What’s the gender ratio？
A. We adjust the ratio for having a nice balance of guests but we would appreciate if you could sign-in as soon as possible before not accepting the entry.
There are some events we will not control the balance to cherish the connection at the party even when the ratio is unbalanced.
Q. 参加者は独身の方だけですか？
A. 参加資格に独身限定と記載しているイベント以外は独身・既婚を問いません。
Q. Can single only join the party?
A. No, married person can also join at some events and please see the event info (qualification).
Q. どのような年齢の方が参加されていますか？
A. 20代から60代～と幅広く参加されています。
尚、各イベントの詳細に規定していない限り、年齢制限は設けていませんので20歳以上の方であれば参加いただけます。
Q. Which age groups join the party？
A. Wide range of age group from 20’s to 60’s join the party.
Anyone over 20 can join unless we have the age restriction on the event.
Q. どのような職業の方がいらっしゃいますか？
A. 会社員、経営者、個人事業主、医師、弁護士、会計士など色々なご職業の方が参加されます。
ワイン会ということから比較的しっかりとした仕事をされている方が多い印象です。
男女問わず、常識のある素敵な方にご参加頂いております。
Q. Generally, what does guest do for a living?
A. Office worker, self-employed, company owner, doctors, lawyers, and accountants, etc.
We have an impression that lots of guests work diligently having fulfilling days in both work and personal life.
イベントの当日について / Event Day
Q. どのような服装で行けばいいですか？
A. 平日の会は仕事帰りの服装でいらっしゃる方がほとんどです。
せっかくのイベントですので、少しおしゃれをしてご参加いただくことを歓迎いたします。
Q. What is the dress code?
A. No Dress Code
Chic, neat and cool outfit are very welcome!
Most guests wear the work outfits at “weekday” event.
Q. 遅刻しても大丈夫でしょうか？
A. 遅刻されても問題ありません。
途中からのご参加になりますと、他の参加者と交流が十分でなくなる場合がございますので、出来るだけ間に合うようにお越しください。
尚、参加時間が短くなることによる参加費の割引はしていませんのでご留意ください。
Q. Would it be okay if I would be late?
A. Even if you’re late, it won’t be a problem.
Please come on time so that you can enjoy chatting party guests over the glass of wine.
This is to remind you of NO discount for being late.
Q. 途中で帰ることに問題はありませんか？
A. 途中で退席されても問題ありません。
参加時間が短くなることによる参加費の割引はしていませんのでご留意ください。
Q. Would it be okay to leave early?
A. Leaving in the middle of the event is no problem.
Please note that we will NOT discount for the reason.
Q. パーティーはどのように進行しますか？
A. イベント開始15分前から受付をスタートします。
定刻までウェルカム・スパークリングワインをお楽しみください。
開始時間になりましたら司会者から簡単な説明をさせていただきます。
Q. How the party go along?
A. Door open 15 minutes prior to the party start.
Please enjoy welcome wine until the starting time.
Staff briefly explain several things on the event to you at the scheduled time.
Q. 連絡先の交換が出来なかった人のコンタクト先を教えてくれますか？
A. 恐れながら、連絡先交換のお手伝いはしておりません。
また、相手にコンタクト先を教える等もお断りしておりますので、パーティーの時間内に連絡先交換をお済ませください。
Q. Would it be possible to get the contact details of someone you could not exchange contact info?
A. Unfortunately, we’ve never done it before so please exchange contact info during the party time!
お支払いについて / Payment
Q. クレジットカードで支払いはできますか？
A. ワイン会、ランチ会は現金のみとなります。
当日会場でお支払いください。
Q. Can I pay credit card？
A. We only accept cash at the reception.
Q. 領収書は発行してもらえますか？
A. ご希望の方に領収書を発行します。
受付にてお声がけください。
Q. Can I have the receipt？
A. Yes, we give you the receipt as requested.
